Prażmo Rafa�

Rafa� Prażmo (Poland), one of the most talented and titled polish juniors (born 25.10.1990), a ward of Piotr B�kowski and Przemys�aw Ziemnicki. He has been training and starting since 2005. He surprised everyone winning his first competition � Younger Juniors Polish Cup. A member of polish national representation. His weight categories are: -69 kg, -74 kg. A specialist in semi-contact. Second training degree (brown belt). In spite of a short experience he is a winner of Seniors and Juniors Poland Championship, a couple of Polish Cups, a European Championship medal and many others. He is a competitor of KS Piaseczno team and also a member of Hektor Team � the first polish pointfighting team, Poland Champions 2007 www.hektorteam.com . His characteristic feature is an excellent kicking technique which often does not let an opponent to reach him.
