Sweet Noodle Kugel

Parker Feierbach

Kugel is essentially a baked pudding that can be either sweet or savory and is traditional at Jewish holidays. If you haven't tried Kugel before then this is a great one too start with. Not too sweet with a hint of cinnamon, it's worth making over and over again. If you're not a fan of egg noodles, pretty much any medium-sized noodle (like penne or fusilli) would work perfectly here!
